1. Scope of Warranty
1.1 This Express Warranty is provided by Aqua Middle East FZC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to the original purchaser (“you,” “your”) of the product(s) covered hereunder.
1.2 This warranty applies only to products purchased and installed within the territory of Middle East and is non-transferable.
1.3 This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable laws.
2. Warranty Period
2.1 We guarantee that all products supplied are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified below, commencing from the date of delivery to the purchaser.
2.2 The warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to you, as evidenced by proof of delivery
2.3 The duration of warranty coverage varies depending on the product category, as detailed in the table below:

2.4 The specific products covered under this warranty are listed in Appendix A – Schedule of Products Covered. This appendix forms an integral part of this Warranty Certificate.
2.5 For any warranty period beyond the initial 2 years, the warranty shall be applied on a pro-rata basis, under which the Seller’s responsibility gradually decreases over time. The coverage is structured as follows:

What This Warranty Covers
3.1 During the warranty period, if a defect arises under normal use and maintenance, and you notify us in writing, we will, at our option and expense:
a) repair the defective product; or
b) replace it with the same or equivalent product.
3.2 All repairs or replacements will be made using new or refurbished components of equivalent quality, at our discretion.
4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover, and is void in the event of, any damage or defect resulting from:
- improper installation, operation, or maintenance;
- misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident;
- unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alteration by any party other than us;
- use of non-approved or non-compatible components, parts, or accessories;
- external causes such as power surges, lightning, fire, flood, or other acts of nature;
- normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.).
- Consumable components such as seals, gaskets, O-rings, bearings, bulbs, electrodes, filters, chemical cells, fuses, lubricants, and similar wear-and-tear parts arenot covered under this warranty, unless a manufacturing defect is evident at the time of delivery.
- Installation not performed by a certified technician authorized by Aqua Middle East FZC or by an approved contractor.
- damage caused by improper water chemistry including high/low pH, high chlorine levels, high calcium hardness, scaling, corrosion, or use of incompatible chemicals.
- equipment installed in locations that are not safely accessible for inspection, service, or removal, including installations that require structural dismantling, excavation, or unsafe access;
5. Limitation of Liability & Remedies
5.1 Our sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective product as set out in Section 3.
5.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, downtime, or loss of use, even if advised of such damages.
5.3 In jurisdictions where liability for consequential or incidental damages cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Warranty Claim Process
6.1 To make a warranty claim, you must:
a) provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) showing the date of purchase and product identification;
b) Describe the nature of the defect or failure;
c) Customer is responsible for the cost of removing, shipping, and re-installation of the product unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 For claims made more than six (6) months after delivery, you must also provide evidence that the defect was inherent (i.e. present from the start) and not caused by misuse or external factors.
6.3 The customer is responsible for the cost of removal, shipping, transport, and re-installation of the product unless otherwise agreed in writing by Aqua Middle East FZC.
6.4 For warranty claims submitted after twelve (12) months from delivery, Aqua Middle East FZC may request maintenance records or service logs demonstrating proper periodic maintenance of the product.
7. Warranty Effect & Duration
7.1 Any repaired or replaced components under this warranty will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period; they do not restart or extend it.
7.2 This warranty ceases to apply once the original warranty period expires.
8. Severability & Governing Law
8.1 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.2 This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
1. WARRANTY STATEMENT
1.1 Aqua Middle East FZC / SAFITEX TURF SRL guarantees that all artificial turf products supplied are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified in the product table below, commencing from the date of delivery to the purchaser.
1.2 This warranty applies only to the artificial grass flooring material (textile surface) and does not include installation, underlayers, shock pads, drainage layers, adhesives, or accessories unless explicitly supplied by Aqua Middle East FZC / SAFITEX TURF SRL.
1.3 The warranty is a reduction (pro‑rata) warranty according to Clause 4 and is subject to:
– correct use for the intended sporting or landscaping purpose
– regular and documented maintenance
– installation on a compliant and verified sub-base
– use of approved infill materials (for sports applications)
1.4 Installation must be performed by an approved or certified installer. Any installation carried out by unauthorized or unqualified personnel voids this warranty.

Object of the warranty:
3.1 The artificial turf will remain functional and suitable for its intended purpose for at least the duration of the warranty period, provided that it is properly maintained and used exclusively for the sport or application for which it was designed.
3.2 Aqua Middle East FZC / SAFITEX TURF SRL guarantees:
– fiber integrity, including UV and UVA stability, in accordance with international test standards
– no premature color fading beyond acceptable natural variation
– correct tuft binding of the pile throughout the warranty period
– compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 manufacturing standards
3.3 The turf must be installed on a properly engineered base with verified drainage, flatness, stability, and correct slopes. Any base-related deformation, movement, or drainage failure is excluded.
3.4 A base inspection report or certification may be requested when submitting a warranty claim.
Loss of Warranty:
The warranty becomes void in cases including but not limited to:
- Incorrect installation or installation by a non-approved installer
- Installation on a sub-base that lacks drainage, flatness, stability, or structural integrity
- Use of non-approved or poor‑quality infill materials
- Damage from reflective heat, glass reflections, thermal hotspots, or metal facades
- Abnormal wear due to improper use, unauthorized sports, or heavy loads
- Damage from vandalism, fire, chemical exposure, solvents, or hazardous substances
- Excessive exposure of free pile (without infill) beyond one-third of pile height
- Maintenance performed with improper tools or methods
- Lack of regular maintenance or failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures
- Standing water or flooding caused by site drainage problems
- Contact with vehicles, sharp objects, or heavy equipment
- Use of inappropriate footwear or equipment
Maintenance logs or service records may be required for warranty validation beyond the first 12 months.
Warranty Reduction Over Time:
The amount of the warranty issued by Aqua Middle East FZC / SAFITEX TURF SRL will decrease yearly in proportion to the use of the turf.
The seller warranty covers interventions and/or replacements for amounts equal to:

Limitation of Liability
6.1 Aqua Middle East FZC / SAFITEX TURF SRL’s sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective material based on the pro‑rata value at the time of claim.
6.2 Aqua Middle East FZC / SAFITEX TURF SRL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use or revenue.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Installation details and installer information
- Maintenance logs (for sports applications)
- Photos, inspection reports, or any additional evidence requested
- Base certification report (if required)
Transport, removal, and re‑installation costs are not included unless agreed in writing.
Warranty Effect & Duration
Repaired or replaced materials remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
