MEDIA FILTERING LINE

Description:

Cartridges containing various types of filter media are used to
eliminate various substances present in water in the form of ions.
Depending on the type of material used, they can be used in the
treatment of water to reduce the presence of suspended solids,
of iron, to remove the taste of chlorine or to remove arsenic compounds.
All cartridges are assembled using a plastic container that contains
the filter media, plus a Pre-Filtration section and a Postfiltration
section in Melt Blown or Wrapped Wire.
For these filtering media it is periodically necessary to perform
a backwashing or regeneration of the adsorbent capacity, to be
implemented with a specific procedure.

Description:

Cartridges of the Media Filtering series can be used as filtration
of specific polluting elements, such as suspended sediments,
iron, chlorine and arsenic.
Media Filtering cartridges must be followed by fine filtration

Technical Features:

– SAND: Sand with variable grain size + anthracite.
Subject to periodic backwashing.
– ARSENIC: Selective resin.
Subject to periodic backwashing and depletion of charge.
– IRON: Greensend Plus.
Subject to periodic backwashing and regeneration
(even initial) with sodium hypochlorite).
