AQUA PRO HDPE

Low-pressure HDPE UV system designed for effective water disinfection.
Constructed with durable HDPE material for resistance to corrosion and UV
degradation, it ensures long-term performance in harsh environments. Ideal
for low-pressure applications in residential and commercial water disinfection
systems.

Technical features

Patented ballast technology for specially designed preheat type
lamps to avoid burning of lamp tubes.
DN standard flange connections, Every UV cavity is subjected to
hydrostatic pressure testing of 7-15 bar to ensure the structural
integrity.
Aquapro HDPE UV have the flow rate range from 9 – 284 Cu.m/Hr for
160 – 1920 watts of UV capacity with Quartz glass transmittance of
95%.
Service life of UV lamps are up to 12000 Hrs and cavity 10 years.
The UV system supports supply voltages of 220V/50Hz and 380V/60Hz
(Optional). It is capable of connecting up to 5 meters of wire between
the panel and the UV system, for installation flexibility.
The system operates at a working pressure of up to 6 bar. Can work till
60 Deg C of liquid temperature.
Analogue hour counter for monitoring lamp life and scheduling
replacements. Indicator lamps for ON, OFF, and trip status.
Energy-efficient operation with low power consumption, reducing
carbon footprint and minimizing environmental impact by lowering chemical usage and harmful byproducts.
UV intensity monitors or lamp output reading monitors with sensors are
available upon request.
PLC control panel with MODBUS-TCP protocol for BMS communication
is available upon request.
